When you return your product, please ensure it is packaged carefully. We will not be responsible for items damaged during return shipping, and we cannot issue a refund for such items. Please include a copy of your purchase invoice or online order confirmation to ensure credit back to you. Once your return has been received, we will credit back the purchase price (minus applicable shipping and handle costs) to the credit card you used for your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow 10-14 days processing time for the return to be processed and for posting the credit to your card.
